TECHNOLOGY

The proprietary technology of ModularSmartSystem, the construction of single-family and recreational houses, prepared as a budget alternative to dwellings in multi-family buildings.
The unique design and material solutions used provide:

• the possibility of transporting building elements by non-specialized means of transport,
• no need for advanced earthworks and foundation work,
• no need to use heavy equipment to assemble the building,
• short construction time (up to four months),
• lower implementation costs,
• economical use,
• friendly microclimate of the house.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

ModularSmartSystem technology, while maintaining implementation assumptions, guarantees high energy efficiency.

Calculated energy consumption under normative climatic conditions for the area of Poland is:
• for heating and ventilation; up to 35 kWh/m² of floor space per year,
• for hot water preparation;
about 600 kWh per year/person, which, according to the assumptions of the system, is mostly covered by energy obtained from a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of up to 10 kWp.

REALIZATION STANDARD

Buildings in the offered realization standard are equipped with, among other things:
• photovoltaic installation of up to 10 kW,
• installation of energy storage,
• installation of mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery,
• installation of floor heating, controlled individually in each room,
• internal lighting installation, without light fixtures,
• internal electrical and teletechnical installation completed with surface-mounted fittings,
• internal water supply installation prepared for connection of sanitary appliances,
• hot water storage tank,
• internal installation of sanitary sewage system,
• automatic installation of external lighting with luminaires controlled by an astronomical clock.

Buildings in ModularSmartSystem technology are handed over to the customer in a finished state requiring only:
• installation of internal light fixtures,
• installation of sanitary facilities,
• arrangement of bathrooms,
• installation of energy storage.

The offered finishing standard of the building is illustrated in the diagrams below.
