The unique body of the model was created to meet the needs of customers dreaming of a comfortable summer house.
Due to its functionality, the building can successfully serve as a single-family dwelling house for three/four people.
It perfectly fits into the mountain and forest areas.
On the first floor there is a spacious living area with access to the terrace, a bathroom, a laundry room and a vestibule. In the attic are located two bedrooms, a bathroom and a hall.
Accessible from the hall, the attic mezzanine can be used as a seasonal dressing room, gym or guest room, depending on the clients’ preferences.
